Assemble the drink
- Fill a glass with ice until well chilled, creating a full base for layering. The surface should look frosty from the cold.
- Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice slowly so it distributes evenly through the glass. Stop when the glass is filled to your preferred level.
- Stir in the cinnamon dolce syrup until it is evenly mixed into the coffee. The color should look uniform with no syrup streaks.
- Top with vanilla sweet cream, pouring slowly so it layers over the coffee. Use a steady pour so the layers stay distinct.
- Dust with a light sprinkle of cinnamon before serving. The final look should show a thin, even coating on top.
Notes
For the cleanest layered look, pour the vanilla sweet cream slowly so it floats on top of the cold brew, using a spoon or controlled stream to reduce mixing. Serve immediately for best texture; if you must store, refrigerate the coffee base (cold brew + cinnamon dolce syrup) up to 24 hours and add sweet cream and cinnamon just before drinking. Freezing is not recommended because the cream layer can separate when thawed. If you want a dairy-free swap, use a dairy-free vanilla creamer or coconut-based sweet cream in place of vanilla sweet cream.
