Ingredients

Blue yogurt dip
  • 2 cup Greek yogurt Use plain, full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt for best thickness.
  • 2 tbsp honey Adjust to taste if you prefer it sweeter or less sweet.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds a warm, dessert-like flavor to the dip.
  • 0.25 tsp blue spirulina powder Start small and add more only if you want a deeper blue color.
For serving
  • 1 Assorted fresh fruit and graham crackers Use a mix of berries and melons plus graham crackers for dipping.

Method

Mix the dip
  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Stir in blue spirulina powder until the dip turns a cool blue with no dry pockets.
Shape the pool dip
  1. Spoon the dip into a shallow serving bowl and smooth the top for a flat, scoopable surface.
  2. Arrange assorted fresh fruit and graham crackers around the edges so it looks like a pool scene.
Chill
  1. Chill the dip for 15 minutes to thicken it slightly before serving.

Notes

For the most vibrant blue, whisk the spirulina in slowly while the dip is well-stirred, then stop once the color is uniform. Refrigerate in a covered container up to 2 days; for best texture, give it a brief stir after chilling. Freezing is not recommended for yogurt-based dips. Dietary swap: use maple syrup instead of honey for a different sweetener profile (texture will remain similar).
