Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups white rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 3-quart pitcher

Method

  1. Add half of the cream of coconut, unsweetened coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Pour into a 3-quart pitcher.
  4. Add the remaining cream of coconut, unsweetened coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the blender.
  5. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  6. Pour into the pitcher and stir to combine.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until thoroughly chilled.
  8. Stir well before serving chilled.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, stir well just before serving. Refrigerate in a covered pitcher for up to 4 days; freezing is not recommended. For a nonalcoholic option, replace the white rum with an equal amount of coconut water.
